He was born in Erzurum in 1986. He graduated from Erzurum Nevzat Karabağ Anatolian Teacher High School in 2004, and Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine with first place in 2010. He worked as a medical doctor in the Emergency Service of Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospital between the years of 20102011. He completed specialty training in I.U. Istanbul Medical Faculty, Medical Genetics Department between the years of 2011-2016. He worked as a specialist in I.U. Istanbul Medical Faculty, Medical Genetics Department for 2 years until 2018. He is married and has two children.
